Credit Colleges

A Credit College is a series of sequential webinars conducted once a week that explore a specific field of knowledge or credit analysis, such as accounting essentials or commercial business underwriting.

A Webinar is a 105 to 120 minute case-based examination of a specific credit analysis topic, such as the construction and use of the Uniform Credit Analysis (UCA) cash flow statement in assessing borrower risk.

Self-study courses examine an array of credit issues from brief overviews of a single topic, such as a review of the debt constant, to a comprehensive review of commercial credit analysis steps and process.

Diagnostics identify fundamental skill levels in the fields of accounting, financial analysis, cash flow analysis, and guarantor analysis for commercial business and commercial real estate lending.
